Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsSpinach
  2. 4 sliceBacon
  3. 10 gramsButter (or margarine)
  4. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the spinach in boiling water for about 40 seconds. Rinse in running water, squeeze the water out, and chop into 4 cm wide pieces. Chop the bacon into 5 mm wide pieces.

    Heat the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the bacon quickly. Add the boiled spinach and continue to sauté for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
