Ingredients

  1. Halfcabbage ball
  2. 3medium size carrots
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 3boiled eggs
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Cut, wash and drain the cabbage. Peel the back of the carrots and the cucumber. Wash and grate the carrots. Remove the cucumber seeds and cut the cucumber into cubes. Boil the eggs and remove the shells.

    Pour the cabbage, carrots and the cucumber in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix. Then add salt and sugar in small quantity, cut the eggs in halves and remove the yolks.

    Cut the egg whites and add it to the mixture. Mix thoroughly. Then mash the yolks and add it or serve without it. Done.
