Sugar-Free Apple Compote

I wanted enjoy the leftover old apple, but I thought it will be a lot of trouble to simmer it in a pot. I also ran out of sugar, so I created this recipe.
I make it just with the liquid from the apple.
You can substitute the honey with other sweeteners (such as normal sugar, maple syrup, etc).
It's also tasty to add lemon juice and cinnamon powder if you like ︎
When you want to make it pink, please make it using a red apple with the skin on and white sugar. Recipe by macicciona
