☆ Easy Poached Eggs in the Microwave ☆

I wanted to make an easy poached egg to put on eggs benedict. If you make a poached egg in a pan there is a way to make sure that the white doesn't leak everywhere but it's much easier in the microwave ♫

It really is easy and I do recommend this method.
The heating time will vary depending on the model of your microwave so please adjust it accordingly and to how well-done you want your eggs (anywhere between 50 seconds - 1 minute 20 seconds).

☆ You can replace the mug with anything of a similar size and shape. Recipe by Runakuo-re11
