Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsshredded cabbage
  2. 1 cupgrated carrot
  3. 1 tsplemon juice
  4. 1/2 cuproasted and crushed peanut powder
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. Cilantro as per taste
  7. salt per taste
  8. temper with
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1green chilly
  12. 1 pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Mix carrot and cabbage.

    Prepare tempering with oil, green chillies and hing. add this to the cabbage and carrot.

    Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and peanut powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Salad remains crunchy and can be stored in fridge for a day. With the similar ingredients we can also prepare with romaine lettuce leaves instead of cabbage.
