How To Easily Remove the Sinew from Chicken Tenders

Anybody can easily do this.
If you use too much force and push too hard at the end of removing the sinew, the meat will fly off! So be careful!
After you flatten it out, you can store it in the freezer and it will be convenient to use the next time you need it. Recipe by Sararanno mama
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the chicken tender with the sinew side at the top.
- 2
Hold the tip of the sinew with your fingers and place the back of the knife directly on the sinew.
- 3
While gently pulling on the sinew with your hand, rock the knife back and forth.
- 4
Push the back of the knife into the cutting board and slide it down the sinew while zigzagging up and down in a sawing motion.
- 5
The sinew will pull off neatly.
- 6
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on top of the chicken and use a rolling pin to gently push and flatten it out.
- 7
Roll it out to an even thickness so that it will be convenient to use when you need it.
