Place the unsweetened cornflakes in a small bag and crush them. Mrs. Liu prefers a chunkier texture, so she doesn't crush them too finely.

Pour the crushed cornflakes into a bowl, then roll the chicken tenders in them until both sides are coated ❤️

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), then bake the chicken tenders for 10-15 minutes until done ❤️
Today, I paired them with dinner rolls, toast, and nut yogurt. So satisfying ❤️
