This is a salad that goes well with wine.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2leaves Arugula or mixed greens
  2. 1 mediumPears
  3. 50 gramsBrie cheese (Camembert or other white cheese)
  4. 1handful Walnuts
  5. 1handful Dried cranberries
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp●Olive oil
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp●Balsamic vinegar
  8. 1 tsp●Lemon juice
  9. 1 dash●Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Lightly toast the walnuts. Combine the ● ingredients in a dish.

    Thinly slice the pear (peeled or unpeeled, as you like). Slice the cheese.

  3. 3

    Lightly top the arugula and pear slices with cheese.

  4. 4

    Add the walnuts and cranberries. Pour on the dressing and serve.
