Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwater
  2. 2 cupgranulated sugar
  3. 4 cupfresh cranberries
  4. 2 box6 oz red jello
  5. 1/3 cuplemon juice
  6. 2 packages8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  7. 2 cupcelery, finely chopped
  8. 2 largeapples, chopped
  9. 1 cupchopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

    Combine water, sugar, and cranberries in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let cool for about 5 minutes.

    Combine 2 cups boiling water and gelatin. Stir until dissolved, add 2 cups cold water, cranberry mixture, and lemon juice. Chill until partially congealed, (has taken up to 6 hours)

  3. 3

    Fold in remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
