It an idea i created myself and I find it amazing i hope y'all will try and send your feedback
Cooking Instructions

Cut your carrot, green paper,onion and scotch bonnet into long shape make sure you wash them then strain them.keep aside but differently

Cook your mince meat for 2 to 3 minutes keep aside

Parboil your carrot for 3 minutes, chopped your attarugu (chilli pepper)

Add oil to pan add your seasoning and mix,add curry/thyme to it then add your carrot and mix

Add mince meat, your green paper and scotch bonnet mix together

Lastly add your onion to it and attarugu mix then add 1/2 cup of water to cook for 10 to 15 minutes..

Note but when your veggies are soft don't add to much water...sorry i was to lazy to snap all steps...

You can serve with anything of choice, i serve mine with fried Irish, you can use liver or kidney instead of beef,you can also eat like that...thank you 💗
