My family's Bolognese Sauce

I wanted to have delicious Bolognese sauce, so I made it myself and it was the best!
From then on, I've been making meat sauce myself.

☆Adjusting the sugar to your own taste!!
☆Good for gratin or doria (rice gratin) as well!!
☆Sprinkle lots of Parmesan cheese to make it softer and creamier or adding cream is also good!! Recipe by non mama

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 350 gramsGround meat
  2. 1/2■Onion
  3. 1/2■Carrot
  4. 3to 4 ■shiitake mushrooms
  5. 2 tbspWhite flour
  6. 1 tbspOlive oil
  7. 200 gramsWater
  8. 1 canCanned diced tomatoes
  9. 3 tbsp★Oyster sauce
  10. 2 tbsp★Ketchup
  11. 1 tbsp★Soup stock powder
  12. 1 tsp★sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute ground meat with olive oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients marked ■ and saute until cooked. Add white flour and mix.

  3. 3

    Add water and canned tomatoes. Simmer it over high heat and skim off the scum.

  4. 4

    Add the seasoning ingredients marked ★ and simmer. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.

  5. 5

    Adjust the taste and serve over pasta (with basil leaves if you like).
