Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti
  2. Meat floss (dambun nama
  3. Onion and bell peppers finely grated
  4. Curry powder
  5. leavesScallions and mint
  6. Seasoning and salt
  7. Garlic and ginger paste
  8. Thyme

Cooking Instructions

    Perboil your spaghetti and strain. Place a pot on your stove add some oil, onion,curry and thyme. Fry on medium heat for 30secs to a minute

    Add in your pepper and onion mix and fry for 3 mins

  3. 3

    Add water, seasoning,salt and allow to boil

  4. 4

    Put in the spaghetti and allow to cook for about 5 mins until the water is almost dried

  5. 5

    Then add your chopped scallions,mint leaves and meat floss.cover and steam on low heat for 3 mins

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy with chilled zobo drink or any other juice of your choice
