Ingredients

  1. Red meat
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Chopped onions
  4. Seasoning
  5. Ginger and garlic paste or powder
  6. Mix spices
  7. Grammasala
  8. Onga
  9. Curry
  10. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the meat and wash

    In a pot add the washed meat

  3. 3

    Add seasoning,curry,Ginger and garlic paste,water

  4. 4

    Cook the meat until soft

  5. 5

    Add your scotch bonnet and chopped onions,small Ginger and garlic paste in a mortal and crush all together.. put your cooked seasoned meat in a mortal and crush the meat together with the scotch bonnet and onions

    Add some oil in a pan add the crush seasoned meat and stir,add onga,mix spices,gram masala and continue stirring until golden brown..
