Ingredients

  1. Red meat
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic, ginger
  4. Seasoning
  5. Scotch bonnet
  6. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot add in your meat, onion, pepper paste, black pepper, garlic and ginger paste, salt to taste, Maggi and any other seasoning of your choice

    Add in water and let it cook for as long as the meat gets too soft and tender

  3. 3

    Blend the meat, or pound them

  4. 4

    Pour in a little bit oil in a pan and stir fry until it's golden brown

  5. 5

    Let it cool down, and enjoy😋
