    Wash and cook meat until tender adding in ur salt,curry,seasoning,onions with enough water to cook d meat

    Wen d meat is cooked till tender.pour d meat into a mortar or meat grinder and pound adding in ur scotch bonnet and onion blend well until u get a flaky consistency

  3. 3

    Add a little oil into ur pan add in ur meat and continue frying until it scanty and a shade of oil coming out of it u can add in more seasoning to suit ur taste

  4. 4

    Ur dambun nama is ready
