Cooking Instructions

In a clean bowl break egg add butter add yeast add sugar add water mix well then add flour, mix and knead for 30-40 minutes with hand or 25-30 minutes with mixer.

When the dough is soft and elastic, divide into 10 and make balls. Place on a floured tray and allow to rise for an hour.

Place your oil on low flame and allow to heat, gently pick the doughnuts and put in the oil and fey both sides till golden brown.

Allow to cool completely and make holes, transfer your chocolate into pipping bag and pipe in.

Enjoy the goodness during iftar.
