  1. 400 gmcooked skinless chickpeas
  2. 6tbsp/80ml tahini
  3. 1/2-1lemon juice
  4. 2-3garlic
  5. 1/2-1 tspsalt
  6. Pepper
  7. 1 tbspolive oil
  8. 1-2 tspcumin
  9. Ice cube or cold water
  10. Seasoning Options:
  11. Olive oil
  12. Sumac
  13. Cumin
  14. Parsley
  15. Fried garlic and lemon in olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a blender except the ice/water till smooth in texture

    Slowly add in water by tbsp or ice cube to adjust the consistency
