Cooking Instructions

In a pan put liitle oil, add your slices of onion, pepper, sliced carrots and sardine(mashed) add seasonings and spices and mix very well in low heat.

When it's fried finally add your chopped cabbage and switch off your flame.

Using chopping board and rolling pin. Take 1 slice of bread, trim d brown edges and roll it into flat

When done, bring your fillings and add it on top of d bread in 1 side like spring rolls,then make a paste of flour and water, spread it in d side of d bread then roll it, the flour paste will glue the bread.

Heat oil in pan wen its deep fry your bread in hot oil in low heat, wen it turns brown flip d other side

In another bowl you have your flour, in another bowl again you mix your egg. Start by dipping your rolled bread in flour, then egg.
