Cooking Instructions

    Set the oil on moderate flame, break the sphagetti in it & allow it the get fried until brownish while stirring. Drain in a steamer & allow it for some minutes. In a pot, pour water that will be enough to cook your fried spaghetti, allow it to boil,add all the seasonings & spices, add the sphagetti, close & allow it for 15mins, scramble the fried fish in it,stir & close. Reduce the flame.

    After another 15mins, add the carrot, onions & green pepper, stir, the flame should be at the lowest, add the spinach just 2mins before you off the flame.

    Enjoy as it's delicious.
