Ingredients

  1. Rice grits
  2. leavesMoringa
  3. Meat (cooked)
  4. Groundnut
  5. Scotch bonnet
  6. Pepper
  7. Onion
  8. cubesSeasoning
  9. Chicken flavours seasoning
  10. Onga
  11. Salt
  12. Curry
  13. Garlic paste
  14. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the grits rice to separate the fine particles, wash the grits and soak for 1-2hrs. Add the grits in steamer and steam for 1hr

    Wash your moringa leaves and set aside, dice your meat into cubes and set aside

  3. 3

    Pour your grits in a bowl, add Scotchbonnet, pepper,onion, garlic paste,all your seasoning, curry, meat, groundnut, salt, oil and moringa leaves

  4. 4

    Stir until well combine then add some boiled water and stir, pour in steamer and steam for 1hr
