This is a very simple egushi recipe you can make whenever you have carvings for egushi soup.i don't use pkomo, crayfish,meat or stockfish I use only smoke fish and it taste really delicious hope you do give this a try.

Ingredients

  1. Powded tryegushi
  2. Palm oil
  3. Smoke fish
  4. leafFresh Moringa
  5. Seasoning
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Onions
  9. Iru(locust beans)

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender add in some onions, scotch bonnet,2-3 tomatoes blend coarse and set aside.

    Mix your egushi powder with a little bit of water to form a dough and set aside.

    Heat some Palm oil in a pot add in some diced onions saute for few minutes and add in your blended pepper,fry for 2-3 and add some water add in your iru,washed dry fish,salt and seasoning cover to cook for some minutes.

    When the amount of water reduces divide ur egushi dough into a smaller pieces mold and add.do not stir at this point cover to cook until the water is amount dried up.

    Pick ur fresh moringa wash and add to your egushi cook for 5_8 more minutes off the flame and serve.
