Ingredients

Serving suggestions
  1. 2onions finely sliced
  2. 1-2 tspgarlic paste
  3. 1-2 tspginger paste
  4. 1chilli or more. (deseeded)
  5. 2 tinschopped tomatoes
  6. 1vegetable stock cube
  7. 2 tinscoconut milk
  8. Bunchfresh coriander
  9. 1 tablespoonground coriander
  10. 2 teaspoonsground turmeric
  11. 1 teaspoonground paprika
  12. 1 teaspoonground garam masala
  13. 1 teaspoonground ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Drizzle of oil in large pan, add ginger, garlic, chopped onions, chopped chilli and I use the stalks of the coriander chopped up. Stir regularly and cook for around 20 minutes or until the onions are soft and brown.

    Add all of the ground spices and cook and stir for another couple of minutes.

    Crumble in stock cube, add tinned tomatoes and 200ml of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 5minutes.
    Add coconut milk and simmer for another 20minutes.
    Season to taste and sprinkle with some chopped fresh coriander.
