  1. Cooked Fresh liver, heart, intestines, kidney & gut
  2. 2large onions
  3. Seasoning cube
  4. mixed spices
  5. Fresh garlic
  6. Blended tomato
  7. onion
  8. red pepper
  9. scotchbonnet pulp

Cooking Instructions

    Add mixed spices, sliced onions, grinded fresh garlic, seasoning cubes

  3. 3

    Add water that will be enough to make it so soft & watery

  4. 4

    Close & allow it on low flame. Enjoy.
