  1. Beef cooked
  2. Kpomo cooked
  3. Offal cooked
  4. Stock fish cooked
  5. Cry fish
  6. Dry fish cooked
  7. leafUgu
  8. leafWater
  9. Calabash nutmeg
  10. Garlic paste
  11. Seasoning
  12. Ground pepper and onion
  13. Chop onion
  14. Palm oil
  15. Stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the ugu and water leaf drain separately

  2. 2

    In a pot add in palm oil add onion and saute it, add the beef, kpomo, offal, stock fish, dry fish, cry fish, ground pepper and onion then saute for 5mnt

  3. 3

    Add seasoning, garlic paste, calabash nutmeg and stock allow it to boil for 5mnt then add the ugu and water leaf stir and allow to cook for 2-3mnt. Ready to serve, I serve mine with eba
