I created this because I love cellophane noodles.

Drain the ingredients well to prevent the dish from being watery.
You could also add boiled snow peas, eggplants, and edamame. Instead of ham, you could use chicken breast or julienned egg omelet. Recipe by Yo-tan

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 25 gramsCellophane noodles
  2. 1/2Carrot
  3. 1/2Cucumber
  4. 2 sliceHam
  5. 1as much (to taste) Wood ear mushrooms
  6. 1as much (to taste) White sesame seeds
  7. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 1 tbspVinegar
  9. 1 tbspSesame oil
  10. 1Sugar
  11. 1● Japanese mustard

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the cellophane noodles according to the instructions on the package. Run under water and then drain well. Rehydrate the wood ear mushrooms, discard the hard parts, and slice thinly.

    Julienne the vegetables and ham slices to 4-5 cm and blanch the carrot.

  3. 3

    Mix the ● ingredients in a bow. Also add the wood ear mushrooms (Step 1), the vegetables (Step 2), the ham, and toss.

    Serve on a plate, and scatter with white sesame seeds on top.
