  1. Beef meat
  2. onions
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Seasoning
  5. garlic
  6. heedah spices
  7. water
  8. oil
  9. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat put inside pressure pot, add seasoning onions garlic and heedah spices. cook until soft open and no stock

  2. 2

    Then allow to cool and pound but before then pound the scotch bonnet and onions add little garlic heedah spices then add in the meat and pound.

    Then put some oil in a frying pan heat then put the meat and stir constantly until brown then drain in a collander and finally meat floss is ready.
