Ingredients

  1. 1/2large zucchini diced
  2. 1 lbground sage sausage
  3. 3 stalkscelery diced small
  4. 1large onion diced
  5. 2 bagsor 2 cans or corn
  6. 4 cupschicken broth
  7. 2 cupheavy cream
  8. 2 tbspflour
  9. 1/2 lbelbow pasta
  10. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  11. 1 cupsmall Diced carrots (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Brown sausage with onions and celery and add seasoning. Not too much salt cause the broth is salty. Add broth and bring to a boil then add zucchini. Boil til celery is tender.

    Once veggies are cooked add corn and simmer pasta according to directions. Don’t overcook pats cause it will continue to cook in hot broth. Add heavy cream and flour and the end and simmer for 2 min to thicken.
