#fakeaway challenge 🍛

Raisukaree basically translated to English as ‘rice curry’ Raisu is rice and Karee is curry 🍛. This is one of my favourite dishes to order at Wagamama (a popular modern Asian chain restaurant in the UK) I love to see order this #vegan version with tofu but you can actually change your protein to prawns or chicken as well.

When I first tried it I thought it tasted a bit like Thai red curry but the colour of this curry is yellow/orange-ist so I went on to experimented at home by adding red curry paste and turmeric powder and a bit of tamarind paste to give it a zing and Bingo!!! I think I cracked the code 😎 !!! I use red chilli, red pepper and runner beans from my garden as well. They don’t have runner beans in Wagamama but I added in anyway as I have plenty of them in the garden at the moment.
