Ingredients

  1. 200 gGoat Meat
  2. 1 CupBasmati Rice
  3. 1 TeaspoonCurry
  4. 1 TeaspoonThyme
  5. 1Small Onion
  6. 1 TablespoonGinger and Garlic Paste
  7. 1/4 CupDiced Green and Red Bell Peppers
  8. 1/2 CupRoughly Chopped Pepper Mix
  9. Seasoning and Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    To the goat meat, add curry, thyme, seasoning cube, onions, garlic/ginger paste and salt. Cook the meat in its own juice for a few minutes before adding water, then cook the meat until soft. Drain in a colander, line a baking tray with foil. Transfer the goat meat to the lined tray. Drizzle oil on the meat and grill in the oven until crispy. Meanwhile cook the rice with the meat stock and set aside.

    Sautee onion in oil until fragrant. Add ginger and ginger paste, sautee for a minute. Add the roughly chopped peppermix. Add curry, thyme, seasoning cube. Allow to fry until the oil begins to separate from the pepper mix. Add the bell peppers, grilled goat meat and cooked rice. Check for salt and stir.
