Ingredients

40 minutes
6 servings
  1. 50 gsunflower spread
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1large onion, finely chopped
  4. 100 ggluten-free breadcrumbs
  5. 1 tbspfresh sage, finely chopped
  6. 1 tspfresh parsley, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease a glass ovenproof dish

  2. 2

    Melt the sunflower spread and oil together in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry off the onion until softened

  3. 3

    Stir in the breadcrumbs, sage and parsley. Season with some salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Spoon into the glass dish and bake for 40 mins until turning golden. You can also roll into balls and bake in an oven tray, same timing and temperature

  5. 5

    Serve with roast chicken, pork etc
