Ingredients

  1. Peanut butter,or powder
  2. Sugar, flour,
  3. Tamarind pulp
  4. Spices(cinnamon, and cloves)
  5. Cooked rice or big couscous grain

Cooking Instructions

    Add water to your peanut and mix well then add enough water and sieve it. pour inside a pot and start cooking.

    Add the cloves and the cinnamon sticks. bring it to a boil, and cook for like 5mins.
    Then add in the couscous grain and cook for another 5mins.

    Sieve out the juice from an already soaked tamarind pulp.keep aside

  4. 4

    Mix some flour or corn flour to make a runny paste.keep aside

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and add in the tamarind pulp water,you get from soaking,and stir well and quickly.

    Then add the flour mixture little by little stirring quickly and carefully not to burn your hand.

    If you get the desired thickness then you should stop and add your sweetner.

    Serve warm and enjoy 😋

    NOTE:the flour is a form of thickener.
    The tamarind gives it a sour taste which give you that taste that you remember always🤗
    You can buy or make the blended peanut.
