Pumpkin Bread (Ψωμί Κολοκύθας σαν καρυδόπιτα)! Pumpkin Bread (Ψωμί Κολοκύθας σαν καρυδόπιτα)!
We've all made the famous banana bread, so now it's time to try pumpkin bread. Incredibly moist and full of flavor, you can make it as a simple pumpkin bread or add chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, or butterscotch chips. This recipe makes one large and one small loaf, or two 8- to 9-inch (20–23 cm) pans. If you leave out the nuts and chocolate, you'll get a bit less. It's also a great way to hide the nuts so your child will eat them! Stacy!Translated from Cookpad Greece -

Bread Bread
I've been baking bread all my life. I was taught by my mother and grandmother. This is a recipe that has been consistently successful. This is my stripped down goto recipe. I can add sugar and have a great sweet bread that will even fry up as donuts. Or this recipe can have cheese and bacon bits incorporated into the dough for a savory bread that goes great with soups. Brioche Bread with Butter & Egg Yolk Brioche Bread with Butter & Egg Yolk
I had a few egg yolks left over so decided to try my hand at a brioche. I was so surprised how delicious it turned out!!These brioches are made with half the flour for french bread so are extra fluffy! Trehalose helps to protect the bread from drying out, so the brioches will be nice and fluffy, even after being left for a day or so! Recipe by Pu-kosan cookpad.japan -

Lagana (Greek Bread) Lagana (Greek Bread)
Monday was our Clean Monday or Ash Monday, and is the day we usually bake the Greek Bread “Lagana”. I am sure you have seen other photos of Lagana from other Food Bloggers that look gorgeous 🙂 (Great Work fellow bloggers!!) mine doesn’t look like much, I know, but it does taste very good. 🙂Now, you might be wondering why my bread isn’t oval shaped, well like I have mentioned before my kitchen is quite small and I have very limited counter space. 🙂 (I don’t mind though I do my best with what I have). 🙂 So, I used a baking pan that I have and just used my fingers to push it out into a oval shape. This bread is so thin that you can actually use it to dip into the delicious dips you enjoy eating, or you can spread your dip onto the Lagana. 🙂 or even make delicious thin sandwiches….:) Foodzesty -
Easy Homemade Naan Bread With Cake Flour Easy Homemade Naan Bread With Cake Flour
Naan bread is really the perfect accompaniment to Indian curry. This is not like making risen bread, so you don't have to strictly adhere to the rising and resting times. Just knead, form and cook! That's it!The dough is only rested so that it's easier to stretch out.You can do steps 1 through 3 in a bread machine. Recipe by Rizzy cookpad.japan
