Ingredients

  1. 1Egg
  2. 1 TbspPeanut oil
  3. 8Button mushrooms sliced
  4. 1/4Red Capsicum chopped
  5. 1Green Onion sliced
  6. 1/2 tspCrushed Garlic
  7. 1 tspmixed herbs
  8. Cracked Pepper
  9. Optional Crispy Fried Onion topper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare all the vegetables and saute in Peanut oil, add the garlic and half of the mixed chopped herbs

  2. 2

    Place the mushrooms in a place, fry the egg in the same pan and add the egg on top of the sauteed mushrooms

  3. 3

    Top with the cracked pepper, remaining herbs and optional fried onions. Enjoy 😉
