I like dense and chewy bread, but depending on what you want to make sometimes a light bread is more suitable. For example, for bread with things kneaded into the dough, a lighter dough is better as it won't be so stretchy. And if the toppings/additions are on the heavy side, a light-textured bread is nicer. So this is a light-textured version of my basic sweet bread dough, for when you need it.Since this dough has a relatively high moisture content, it's easy to knead. Flourless sweet corn cake

I know this isn't really a recipe but it looked really cute and after finding out some people don't know what condensed milk is I had to enlighten. Condensed milk is (to me) one of the most delicious things I've tasted. I usually use it as a dipping sauce with fruit but I sometimes find myself eating it alone.

I prefer fluffy cakes to heavy ones, so I experimented and arrived at this recipe.Please be careful not to mix too much when you are mixing the sweet potato mixture and egg mixture.When you eat it the next day, it will be even more moist and delicious. Recipe by nyonta
