Ingredients

30minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 2lbs. Ground Beef
  2. 1Lg. Can or Bottle Tomato Juice
  3. 1Med. Yellow Onion, diced
  4. 1Sm. Can Tomato Sauce
  5. 2Tbsps. Garlic Powder
  6. 2Tbsps. Onion Powder
  7. 2Tbsps. Dried Oregano
  8. Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  9. 1 Pkg.Macaroni Noodles

Cooking Instructions

    In a large skillet fry the ground beef and onion and 1Tbsp. Each of the seasonings. Fry til meat is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Drain the grease and set aside.

    Bring a large pot half full of water to a boil. Add 2Tbsps. Of Salt to boiling water. Then add the macaroni noodles. Stir for a couple minutes to keep noodles from sticking together. Turn heat down to medium high. Cook til noodles are soft. Drain the water and add noodles back to pot along with the meat mixture, sauces, and rest of the seasonings. Heat on medium low til completely heated through. Taste to see if need anymore seasonings. Add according to your preference.

    Once everything is heated serve immediately and Enjoy 😋

    **Note**
    I sometimes top this with Shredded Cheese or Grated Parmesan Cheese
