Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 250 gmbutter (If using salted butter no need to add salt)
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour and set aside in bowl, add pinch of salt

  2. 2

    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy

  3. 3

    Add in the flour and mix with your hand until you get a crumbly texture.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a working surface and use your hand to form a massive dough.

  5. 5

    Roll the dough into a shape of 1cm of thickness.

  6. 6

    Use a parchment paper to lay over the dough and roll.

  7. 7

    Use a knife to make fingers, then transfer them into a baking tray.

  8. 8

    Use a fork to mark little marks on them.

  9. 9

    Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
