  1. 250 gramvermicelli
  2. 1onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 4-5green chillies
  5. as requiredSome Coriander leaves
  6. as required Some curry leaves
  7. 1lemon
  8. 1 bowlroasted peanuts
  9. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  11. as per tasteSalt

    Firstly take 250 grams vermicelli switch on d gas heat d kadhai n roast d vermicelli, take above all d ingredients together, n chopped onion, tomatoes, n green chilli.

    In d same kadhai pour if oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds n roasted peanuts n saute for a minutes, add chopped onion n green chillies.

    Add curry leaves n salt n cook till d onion colour change, now add chopped tomatoes.

    Mix it well, Add lemon juice n cook till d tomatoes becomes soft after that add roasted vermicelli n mix it nicely.

    Add some Coriander leaves n little water cover d lid n cook for 10 to 15 minutes, after 15 minutes our delicious and tasty and yummy vermicelli upma is ready to eat squeeze again half lemon juice.
