Grilled chopped fish with Fish Sauce Grilled chopped fish with Fish Sauce
I'm not sure what the English word for this dish is, but in Vietnamese it's "Chả cá chiên nước mắm". Hope you guys enjoy the recipe I put up.Because this dish has fish sauce, it will be relatively salty, with a little bit of chili, to soften the above flavors, eating with cucumber is a very good choice./ Vì món này có nước mắm nên sẽ tương đối mặn, còn có thêm chút ớt, để làm dịu các vị trên, ăn kèm với dưa leo là một lựa chọn rất ổn.Note: Don't let the garlic get too yellow before you put the fish in, it will burn easily like me./Lưu ý: Đừng để tỏi vàng quá rồi mới cho cá vào, sẽ dễ bị cháy như me. Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce
I love shio-buta (salt-cured pork), but adjusting the amount of salt is difficult. So I tried using nam pla for the marinade, and it went very well and the result was delicious. After marinating (or abandoning it?) for a week, it became really nice.It starts to mature after 3 days, so please let it marinate for at least that long. Please adjust the cooking time and temperature depending on your oven.I used the "two-way heat" setting on my oven, which doesn't require preheating. For about 10 slices. Recipe by Nekoyanagi shouten cookpad.japan -

Hamburger Sauce With Onion & Apple Hamburger Sauce With Onion & Apple
I made this because the onion sauce I had with my hamburger patty at a restaurant was so good. The hardest part is grating the onion! I wear my contact lenses to make it easier for myself (as I have bad eyesight anyway. Your eyes won't sting as much if you put on your contacts! You can also modify this recipe by using a food processor, or dicing the onion instead. Recipe by yamita cookpad.japan -
Ravioli with Meat Sauce Ravioli with Meat Sauce
Growing up, I loved when Moma would buy a large can of ravioli. I asked her why she didn’t make it from scratch cuz she made everything else she cooked. Her reply, “I don’t do pasta” 😳 she didn’t cook anything she didn’t like. She hated pasta of any kind! So, she bought premade stuff that my Daddy and I liked. Now, I found a shortcut to “homemade” ravioli. Sonya Bankester -
Easy Meat Sauce with Ketchup Easy Meat Sauce with Ketchup
I made this with what I had on hand ☆For the ground meat, you can use beef, pork or chicken. Choose any meat you like.Ketchup will evaporate when the heat is too high so be careful. If it happens, mix and add equal amounts of ketchup and water (as much as you need), and adjust the taste with salt, pepper and the Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce. Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce
The Singapore chicken rice with ginger sauce I had at a cafe was so delicious. So I came up with this recipe to make it easily at home. You don't need to use fresh coriander if you don't like it! (Actually, I don't like it myself.)You can use boiled chicken instead of cooking it with the rice! The boiled chicken has a firmer texture, so choose whichever you like.
