Rich Steak Sauce with Balsamic Vinegar

I made bite-sized steak out of yakiniku meat.
Heating balsamic vinegar brings out a sweetness and a creaminess, so save the flavor adjusting for last. If you like, garnish with coarsely-ground black pepper and wasabi, which is also delicious. Recipe by LaLaHappy1
