Cooking Instructions

Heat a vessel,add oil and let it warm.Add lotus seeds and fry slightly.Take out and keep aside.

Add thinly sliced onions till golden brown.Take out half onion.

Add mutton to the vessel,add whole spuces also.Saute till water dries.

Add ginger garlic paste,saute 1 minute.Add powdered spices,exept garam masala powder.

Add one cup water.Cover and cook on low-medium flame till mutton is 70%cooked.

Now grind remaining fried onion with lotus seeds.Keep aside.

After mutton is 70%done add curd and saute for 2 minutes,add fried onion-lotus seeds paste,stir.Saute 2-3minutes.

Add garam masala powder.Add water if needed.Further cook till mutton is done.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves(oprional)

Mutton is ready to be served.

For chapati,make a sodt dough of wheat flour by add ing some water Knead till soft.

Cover and leave for 15 ninutes.

Roll chapatis,serve hot.

Serve mutton curry with hot chapatis.Enjoy.
