Butter Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

3-5 people
  1. 5boneless pork chops (1 inch thick or less)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pepper to taste
  4. 2 Tspgarlic powder
  5. 2 Tsponion powder
  6. 1 Tspseasoned salt
  7. 1 TBSPParsley
  8. 1/2 CupSalted Butter
  9. 1 TBSPMinced Garlic

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Mix seasoning (up to and including parsley)in small bowl

  2. 2

    Coat both sides of pork chops

  3. 3

    Heat butter on medium heat in large skillet (I used a cast iron skillet)

  4. 4

    Add garlic and saute until medium brown (only 1 or 2 minutes)

  5. 5

    Add pork chops in skillet

  6. 6

    Flip pork chops after 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Cook for another 3 minutes with lid on.

  8. 8

    Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve!
