Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 3 tbspnButter
  3. Salt 1tspn
  4. Water
  5. Meat filling

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sieve your flour add butter, salt and mix, gradually add water to foam a dough, rest the dough in a greased bowl for 15-20mnts

    Knead the dough again and divide it into 8-10 pieces, take each dough at a time and flatten with a rolling pin

    Trim the edges with pizza cutter which will foam a square shape, put the filling in the first half of the flatten dough

    Use your cutter to slice vertically the middle of the other half of the flattened dough (the slicing shouldn't reach the end of the adges) down to the ending of the square

    Start rolling your dough from the stuffed part down to the slice ending, press the both sides to foam a closure like a sweet

  7. 7

    Fry in a hot oil
