Preheat oven 350°

Mash bananas
- 3
Mix sugar (2 c white & 1 c brown) and butter (3 sticks) until combined then add banana.

Add eggs (4), vanilla (1½ T), cinnamon (¾ tsp), nutmeg (½ tsp), salt (½ tsp) and milk (2T + 2t)
Mix about 1 minute - 5
Slowly add flour (4 c) & baking soda (2 tsp) and mix to combine well. Then add chocolate chips and mix.

Bake 20 min for muffins,
30 min for 9x13
45 min for loaf
(I start checking at 15 min for muffins and 25 min for all others)
Done when toothpick comes out clean! - 7
Cook on wire rack for 20 min then lift out of pans and continue to cool 20-40 min then serve.

Wrap well and freeze or store in fridge!
