Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeeled beans
  2. Tomato paste
  3. Grated scotch bonnets
  4. Maggi
  5. Salt
  6. Palm oil
  7. Onion powder
  8. Chopped spring onions
  9. Cooked kpomo
  10. Ground crayfish
  11. Mixed spices

Cooking Instructions

    Put the peeled beans in a pot & pour water to the pot

  2. 2

    Cover pot and cook beans until soft

  3. 3

    Drain excess water and allow it to cool before blending

  4. 4

    Heat palm oil and pour blended beans

  5. 5

    Reduce the heat to low and add all other ingredients

  6. 6

    Cook for 5-7mins/till the oil blends with other ingredients

  7. 7

    Note: Stir at intervals to prevent it from burning

  8. 8

    Pair it with any swallow of your choice
