Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupsoya chunks
  2. 2capsicum
  3. 1big onion fine chopped
  4. 2medium tomatoes fine chopped
  5. 1 tspginger paste
  6. 1 tspgarlic paste
  7. 1green Chilli chopped
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspred Chilli powder
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1 tspkashmiri red Chilli powder
  13. 1 tspcumin seeds
  14. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  15. 4 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    First wash and soaked the soyachunks in normal water for 15-20 minutes. Then squeeze the water and keep aside. Cut the capsicum in medium size cubes

    Heat oil in a kadahi add capsicum cubes and fry for 2 minutes on high flame.when its change colour remove from the oil. Add squeeze soyachunks and fry untill they turn golden.transfer them in a plate

    Now add cumin seeds in hot oil saute few seconds add chopped onion and green Chilli saute 2-3 minutes when they turn light brown add kashmiri red Chilli powder saute then add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

    Now add tomatoes and all powder spices.saute 1 minute then add some water cover and cook for 3-4 minute on medium flame. When masala cooked well add soya chunks.mix gently.add 1/4cup water cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Open it and add fried capsicum.mix lightly and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves mix it.turn off the flame. Serve it with roti or paratha.
