Ingredients

  1. 3large eggs
  2. Plantain
  3. Pita pocket
  4. Lettuce
  5. Ketchup
  6. Mayonnaise
  7. Scotchbonnets and onion
  8. Seasoning cubes & mixed spices
  9. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the eggs, grate the scotchbonnets & onion, chop the carrots. Then fry the plantain. In a pan add the vegetable oil & the grated scotchbonnets & onion, add 2 seasoning cubes & mixed spices then fry.

    Add the carrots & fry all together, add the fried plantain. Slice the boil eggs.

    Cut the pita bread to form the pita pocket.

    Add mayonnaise & ketchup all together & mix.

  5. 5

    Spread the mix inside the ketchup & put the lettuce, spread little more.

  6. 6

    Add the plantain mix & sliced boil eggs, cover & enjoy.
