Bread Pudding Cake with Caramelized Bananas

I tried baking my favorite banana bread pudding like a cake with caramel sauce, and it turned out delicious.
When unmolding the cake onto a plate, use a knife to separate the the cake from the mold (Step 7), place an upside down plate on top of the mold, and then flip it over. l It's actually easier than it sounds Don't be afraid and do it all at once. Recipe by Stylish Mama

I really love Caramel Flan and Bread Pudding, so, how can I enjoy both??? So I made this recipe and turned out fabulous! My family loved it, and left over bread become tastier! 😘😘😘Note:The foil mould size:Diameter: 8.5 cmHeight: 3.5 cmPortion: 4 paxIf you use the same amount of recipe but with bigger tray or bigger mould, make sure to add more time in baking, around 1 hour 10 minutes perhaps (depend to your oven), do the toothpick test to know your bread pudding is well done. Tea-Infused Bread Pudding with Prunes and Banana Tea-Infused Bread Pudding with Prunes and Banana
Making use of the chewy texture of "Chojuku" brand sandwich bread, I created a nutritious recipe that can be cooked quickly even on a busy morning.I used a silicone steamer that won't create a lot of washing-up. You can start with a refreshing morning by the sweetness of fruits and the nice flavour of tea.Use a teabag without using a stapler. It's dangerous to microwave metallic objects. Just in case, take the paper label out.If you add the maple syrup to warmed milk, it will dissolve easily, and prevent the egg from hardening with the heat. For 1 serving (400 ml silicone steamer). Brioche Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce Brioche Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
My husband loves bread pudding, and while I have yet to pinpoint the exact awesomeness that is our favorite from a local bakery, I have tweaked various recipes I've come across to settle on this little gem that has become my husband's favorite that I have made. Lol.We know the bakery uses Brioche, so that is now what I use. The bread pudding portion of this is a hugely altered version of a Paula Deen bread pudding. Her recipe called for 2 cups of sugar in the custard to only 3 cups of cubed bread. Like, "WHAT THE WHAT?".The sauce is my version of a caramel sauce recipe I found by Ree Drummond (The Pioneer Woman). Together they made an incredibly delectable dish! You can add nuts and/or raisins if you choose, but we really prefer ours "pure", just bread, custard, and extra sauce. I truly hope you enjoy this as much as we do! StephieCanCook
