Ingredients

  1. 300 gSliced Okra
  2. 100 gOkra Paste
  3. Palm Oil 2cksp
  4. 1 tspUziza Seeds
  5. 1 tbsPepper
  6. Seasoning Cubes 3
  7. Powder Crayfish 2cksp
  8. 1/2 tspSalt
  9. Ponmo (washed)400g

Cooking Instructions

    Season Ponmo,cook with lil water just to cover it,Please check it,so that it will not burn,next,cut out that part of okra that is round,just above okra and pound
    I pounded uziza Seeds smooth,then added the round part,pounded well,till smooth,set aside

    When water is almost dry,top up with lil water,like 1cup,add oil, seasoning,Crayfish, pepper,bring to boil,add paste,stir well

  3. 3

    When it dissolves,taste to adjust with any ingredient

  4. 4

    Next,add okra,stir,reduce heat,cook for 1min,taste to adjust with salt

  5. 5

    If you are ok with consistency and taste,remove from heat (you may add lil more water and cook a bit more,if you wish)

  6. 6

    Enjoy with morsel of choice
