Simple whole wheat bread

Felt like kneading 😋😛. And found this recipy in my book. It is simple only takes some raising time. But the bread is very good. Lovely crumb. And you have a bio bread for 1 euro.
No machines necessary. Just an oven and manpower 😅

Ingredients

1 loaf
  1. 500 grwholewheat bio flour
  2. 325 mlluke warm water
  3. 7 grdry yeast
  4. 8 grsalt
  5. 25 grsoft bio butter or margarine

Cooking Instructions

    Mix and knead the ingredients (except the butter) for about 10 min

  2. 2

    Mix in the butter and knead for about another 10 min.

    Put in a oiled bread or cake thin. Roll the dough in the thin so it is gering a coat of oil.

    Cover

    Let rise for about 1 h

  6. 6

    Puff the dough. Let rise for another hour.

  7. 7

    Knock back the dough. Puff it cut 3 stripes on top.

    Put in a preheated 200 C
    oven. For about 35 min. Put a tray with water in the oven.
