Although the juice doesn't always taste spectacular, I can always count on getting a big boost of energy.Veggie juice is a great way to use up those veggies in your veggie box or make use of a bountiful garden. The fresher the veggies the better, but it's perfectly fine if you want to use things that are wilted or soon to be bad.
